Cabin
Perfect for a guest cabin or for permanent caretaker residence, this 800 square foot poplar log cabin with 2 car carport was recently renovated with the installation of two full baths (one with shower and one with tub shower).It has two decks with a view of the one acre pond, the orchard and the cliffs beyond. A small stream runs under a foot bridge on the approach.
Heat is provided by a wood stove in the great room which has large windows, a sleeping loft and a kitchenette. Ceiling fans, electric wall heaters and a window air conditioner supplement the environmental control. The kitchenette stove is propane.
In addition there is a master bedroom with it’s own deck and a downstairs room that could either be a bedroom or study. Will sleep up to eight people. As of July 2007, caretakers are presently living in the cabin. Caretakers will stay at buyer's request.
