Land
The woodland mostly backs onto National Forest and is very exciting topography including a clear running year round creek, deep gorges, beautifully sculpted sandstone cliffs, rock shelters, caves and a natural stone bridge (Fern Arch). There are also plentiful Rhododendron coves, Mountain Laurel, mature hardwood forests and many miles of horse trails into the national forest. The home site is built into the mountain and has a spectacular view of “Lovers Leap” and “Battleship Rock”; two prominent features of the State Park.
Approximately six acres of bottomland provide three fenced horse fields with run in shed, gravity feed water from an adjacent one acre pond (stocked), an orchard and garden area with superb soil.
Delightful neighbors share the pond access, gravel road maintenance etc.
